Solar Farm Lease Australia is an independent resource for rural landowners across QLD, NSW, VIC, WA, and SA who have been approached — or expect to be approached — by solar, wind, or battery storage developers. We are not a developer. We do not own land. We do not sell panels.

Australian farmers are being handed 30-year contracts with little independent support. Most of the existing online material is published by developers themselves, or by industry associations representing developers. We built this site because landowners deserve plain-English answers — and a competitive process that actually puts their land in front of multiple credible bidders.

When you register your land, we match you with accredited renewable energy developers and independent advisers who are active in your region. We may receive a referral fee from those developers if a lease ultimately proceeds. That fee is never deducted from your lease income and never increases the rate you pay.
